The program is delivered as a series of workshops and coaching sessions, covering generic project management theory plus individual coaching time which addresses specific industry contexts.
Participants learn to manage a project using a structured Project Management methodology (based on PMBOK) and how to use workplace project tools to improve project delivery. Participants are expected to be supervising or managing real projects.

Using the principle of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) this hands on approach takes the administrative effort from the student to achieve higher certification completion rates.
