What is an immersive qualification?
An Immersive Qualification is Opportune’s answer to traditional curriculum-driven training. It recognises and respects participant’s ability to learn and seeks to reflect the commercial reality of their daily work environments. The training is more relevant, more meaningful and delivers far better completion rates and learning outcomes.
What qualifications types are eligible?
Immersive Qualifications empower eligible team members to achieve a nationally recognised Diploma, Certificate IV and Certificate III qualifications in Business, Leadership & Management and Project Management.
Can Immersive qualifications handle large enrolments?
Yes. Immersive Qualifications allow for a coordinated upskill of large cohorts of employees. Our three-way engagement between Opportune, employer and participant provides transparency of progress at each stage, and our practical, straight-forward assessments ensure optimal engagement and application of learnings.
How does it work?
Immersive qualifications are facilitator-driven with structured support which is delivered virtually. This keeps students on track and allows the course to evolve with them.
What if I already have extensive experience?
Our Accelerated or Hybrid qualification programs allow employees existing skills to be recognised as formal qualifications.
