An Accelerated Qualification is Opportune’s innovative answer to the pitfalls of traditional Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) approaches. Instead of processes designed for assessors rather than participants or employers, we use streamlined support to deliver exceptional completion rates and engaged participants.

Accelerated Qualifications empower eligible team members to achieve a nationally recognised Certificate IV or Diploma in either Project Management or Leadership & Management.
Accelerated Qualifications are significantly more time-efficient than traditional qualifications. They typically require 10-40 hours spread over six months. This is significantly less than a standard qualification which can require coursework and exams spanning over 2 years.

Accelerated qualifications streamline the qualification process through a simple and effective methodology, supported by a dedicated Skills Coach.

 

Through conversations and document reviews, your team member’s skills are assessed and documented, leaving them to focus on their professional commitments instead of studying for exams.

Our Hybrid Qualification approach allows the use of short-course training to fill any material gaps in knowledge without adding significant time to completion.

Our Accelerated Qualifications

BSB50820 Diploma of Project Management

For Project Managers with more extensive experience managing a project end to end, including managing cost and a team (includes staff or contractors).

BSB40920 Certificate IV in Project Management Practice

Appropriate for team members who have contributed to the delivery of 2 or more projects, over at least 8 months.

BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership & Management

For Senior Managers with more extensive experience, including completing performance reviews and undertaking people development.

BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership & Management

For Team Leaders, Supervisors or Managers with at least 12 months experience in their role and who have experience providing day to day support and management to others.
