An Accelerated Qualification is Opportune’s innovative answer to the pitfalls of traditional Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) approaches. Instead of processes designed for assessors rather than participants or employers, we use streamlined support to deliver exceptional completion rates and engaged participants.

Accelerated Qualifications empower eligible team members to achieve a nationally recognised Certificate IV or Diploma in either Project Management or Leadership & Management.

Accelerated Qualifications are significantly more time-efficient than traditional qualifications. They typically require 10-40 hours spread over six months. This is significantly less than a standard qualification which can require coursework and exams spanning over 2 years.

Accelerated qualifications streamline the qualification process through a simple and effective methodology, supported by a dedicated Skills Coach.

 

Through conversations and document reviews, your team member’s skills are assessed and documented, leaving them to focus on their professional commitments instead of studying for exams.

Our Hybrid Qualification approach allows the use of short-course training to fill any material gaps in knowledge without adding significant time to completion.
